Kerassentials on Amazon, Walmart and CVS: Is It Sold There?

By Leah CorbinEditor, Kerassentials ReviewUpdated October 21, 20264 min read

Kerassentials shows up in searches on Amazon and other marketplaces, and on dozens of websites that look official. The company says it sells only on kerassentials.com, and only orders placed there get the 60-day guarantee. Store by store, this is what you will find.

The short answer

The company sells Kerassentials only on its own website, with checkout through ClickBank. Its FAQ says the product "can be found only on this page and it is not available for purchase anywhere else," and warns that copies are sold on other websites. Anything you find elsewhere comes from a third party.

Store by store

Amazon

Searching Amazon for Kerassentials brings up a results page and listings from marketplace sellers. Because the company doesn't sell there, those bottles come from resellers, and you lose three things: the company's 60-day refund, the certainty that the bottle is fresh and stored properly, and the ClickBank order record that support uses to find you. Essential oils break down with heat, light and age, so storage matters more for an oil than for many products.

If you see a listing for capsules, gummies or a spray called Kerassentials, it isn't the product reviewed here. The real one is a 0.5 oz (15 ml) oil with a brush cap.

Walmart, eBay and pharmacies

Walmart.com and eBay listings work the same way: outside sellers, no official guarantee. Kerassentials is not stocked in CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid or other drugstores. If you want something you can pick up in a pharmacy today, the best-known option is Kerasal, which takes a different approach; we compare them in Kerassentials vs Kerasal.

Lookalike websites

This is the bigger issue. Search results for Kerassentials include:

• Subdomains of shopping sites with titles like "Kerassentials - $49/Bottle - 65% off [OFFICIAL]"
• Misspelled domains such as karassentials.com and kerassentiails.com
• Sites with "en-" in front of the name

Some of these pass you along to the real order page, which is harmless. Others are thin pages with their own checkout. The safe move is to go to kerassentials.com directly.

How to check you are on the real checkout

• The payment page address should be kerassent.pay.clickbank.net or orders.clickbank.net.
• The packs should match: 2 bottles at $79 each, 3 (2 + 1) at $69, 6 (3 + 3) at $49.
• Your confirmation email comes from ClickBank with an order number.
• The bottle should list undecylenic acid USP (5%) first and the Aurora, Colorado distributor address.

If you already bought from a marketplace

Compare the bottle with the official label: 0.5 oz (15 ml), 17 ingredients starting with undecylenic acid and mineral oil, and the Aurora, Colorado address. Check the safety seal; the label says not to use it if the seal is damaged or missing. For a refund, go through the marketplace's own buyer protection, since the company's guarantee covers only its own orders.

For general advice on judging products sold online, the NCCIH page on tea tree oil safety and the FDA's explanation of cosmetics and drugs are good background.

Why buying direct is the better deal

The official site is the only place with the 2 + 1 and 3 + 3 pack pricing, free US shipping on the larger packs, the bonus e-books, a refund window that starts on delivery and ClickBank's order support. Third-party prices are rarely lower once you add shipping, and none of them come with the guarantee.

Why lookalike sites exist

ClickBank products pay affiliates a commission on each sale, and popular products attract thousands of affiliate pages. Most are honest reviews or simple redirect pages. Some go further, copying the brand name into the domain and using words like "official" to look like the seller. Others try to rank for misspellings people type by accident. The product doesn't change, but your protection depends on where you actually pay, which is why the checkout check above matters more than which page you started on.

What to keep after you order

• The ClickBank confirmation email with your order number
• The tracking email, which shows your delivery date and so the start of your 60-day window
• The packing slip, which the refund policy asks you to send back with the bottles
• The empty bottles, until you are sure you won't need a refund

With those four things, a refund request takes a few minutes, whether you go through the company's email or ClickBank's support site.

If a site offers Kerassentials with a different refund period, a monthly subscription or a free trial, it isn't the official offer. The real order page has three one-time packs and a 60-day guarantee from delivery, nothing else.

And if you are ever unsure, ClickBank's support line, 1-800-390-6035, can confirm whether an order number is genuine before you open the bottle. It takes a couple of minutes and saves a lot of guesswork.
